The universal fault event recorder is designed to detect and determine the direction of PtP and PtG faults, as well as to verify the presence or absence of voltage on 6-36 kV overhead and cable lines.
Benefits:
- High measurement accuracy – 0.5% accuracy class for current and voltage.
- Comprehensive network monitoring – current, voltage, frequency, power factor, power flow direction.
- Fault event logging – records fault events with time stamps.
- Fault direction and phase identification – indicates fault direction (towards/ away from busbars) and faulted phases.
- Fault relay output – for external alarm or SCADA integration.
- Universal network compatibility – any network topology and any neutral grounding type.
