6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders outside our country's trade bloc, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipment
Damaged Shipment: If your order arrives damaged, please note the damage with the carrier immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and your order number.
Lost Shipment: If the tracking information shows your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
